Application of the culture of healthy eating is in fact already existed since ancient times. One of them as they are contained in a book of India, Ayurveda. - Drink water before the half hour or half an hour after eating. Do not drink while you are eating.
- Eat enough to fill two-thirds of your stomach. Do not fill your stomach full of food. With an excess of eating, the food is not undigested would remain in the stomach and intestines that leads to the formation of toxicity.
