In a grain there is a wide array of essential nutrients of eggs from the protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and good fats. But a recent research claims, eat three eggs in a week can significantly increase the risk of a man died of prostate cancer.
Researchers found that men who consume more than 2.5 eggs per week may be ill with prostate cancer at 81 percent.
According to them, the damage may be caused by a large number of deposits of cholesterol or choline (nutrients that help cells to function properly) that are found in eggs. These findings are based on the results of the observations made by a team of researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, that examine the eating habits of 27,000 people over a period of 14 years.
Results of the study did not find the existence of a significant relationship between the amount of meat consumed by the risk of tumors. But the high number of deaths due to cancer is found in those who claimed to be a lot of eating eggs.
